Serving executive chef Steve Munkley’s menu of locally-sourced British cuisine, which will include dishes such as Lavender and Herb Crusted Rump of Suffolk Organic Lamb and Pan Roasted Cornish Halibut, Park Terrace joins the five star hotel’s existing restaurant, Min Jiang.
The restaurant situated on the hotel’s ground floor will be divided into three areas, to offer guests a range of dining options. An informal afternoon tea and all-day dining will be available in the lounge area, while the bar will serve a selection of classic cocktails with modern British highlights. A private dining room catering for up to 36 guests is also available.
Jorge Canela, who has worked at The Royal Garden Hotel for four years, has been appointed as restaurant and bar manager, while Vilmos Csehi will lead the team behind the bar.
The Royal Garden Hotel first launched its Chinese restaurant Min Jiang on the tenth floor in September 2008.
