Monarch Bath, Bed & Spa, a global provider of bathrobes and hotel linens, has launched a new range of environmentally friendly towels and robes.
The Monarch Eco line is designed to conserve water and reduce energy costs during the laundry operation, without compromising on comfort and durability.
The Eco robes are made from a Chamois microfibre fabric that is five-times more absorbent than flannel and dries in a third of the time as cotton.
The Eco MicroCotton towels are made from Extra-Long Staple (ELS) cotton, and are 160 per cent bulkier and more absorbent than traditional combed towels. This means they cost less to launder, saving up to 30 per cent in water consumption, need less detergent, and reduce drying time by up to 20 per cent.
Gene Faul, chief executive of Monarch Bath, Bed & Spa, said: “With the new Monarch Eco line, we are setting a new standard in guest comfort that all eco-minded hoteliers should aspire to. We are dedicated to creating innovative bath linens that are as easy on the earth as they are on our hotel clients’ bottom lines.”
