S.Pellegrino World's 50 Best Academy dinner at The Dorchester
As the S.Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants Academy met for the final time before the 2010 list is revealed, BigHospitality was there to find out who the judges thought might be at the top this year
While many hoped that restaurants from their own regions would make the top 10, the general opinion was that Ferran Adria's El Bulli and Heston Blumenthal's The Fat Duck would once more dominate the list.
