The world's top chefs will be gathering at London's Guildhall tonight to hear the results of the 2010 S.Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants Awards. But which restaurants will be on it?

The world's top chefs will be gathering at London's Guildhall tonight for the 2010 S. Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants Awards.

Speculation is mounting over which restaurants will appear in the list and who will be crowned number one. Will El Bulli retain top spot for the fifth year in a row? Or will Ferran Adria's Spanish restaurant be pushed out by a new contender?

BigHospitality caught up with some of the Academy Chairs, those responsible for selecting the competition's voting panel, yesterday at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester, as they met for the last time before the 2010 list is revealed.
