Jamie Oliver will this month branch out and launch his own catering company, Jamie Oliver’s Fabulous Feasts.
Having teamed up with Glen Chadwick, managing director of catering company Chilli Pepper, Oliver will now provide a food and beverage service for corporate events, private functions, product launches, sporting events and festivals.
Oliver, who also operates a string of Recipease cook shops and the casual dining chain Jamie’s Italian, said he has always been ‘keen’ to reinvent the events catering model.
“Our only focus is to make sure that our food lifts an occasion or an event, whether it’s a big family wedding or a work party or a corporate event – we want to help make it as memorable as it can be for all the right reasons,” he said. “We’ll have flexible menus to cover all occasions and the people serving the food will be friendly, efficient and really know their stuff. We’ll also be really competitive on price while always delivering genuine quality.”
Fabulous Feasts will build upon Chadwick’s existing clients and experience at Chilli Pepper, which has now been shelved after ten years.
