Galvin la Chapelle and chef Sat Bains are amongst the nominees for this year’s Craft Guild of Chef awards, the final of which will be held on 24 June

Galvin la Chapelle and chef Sat Bains are amongst the nominees for this year’s Craft Guild of Chef (CGC) awards, the final of which will be held on 24 June.

The awards, which are now in their 17th year, invited nominations from across the industry for 13 award categories that the CGC consider to represent every aspect of the culinary industry.

The CGC awards also incorporate a 14th accolade for one exceptional personality who the Guild believe has made an outstanding contribution to the industry as a whole.

The nominees in the 2010 Craft Guild of Chefs awards, are:
