Ashley Palmer-Watts, Jason Atherton and Heinz Beck are just some of the chefs exploring the theme of ‘The Luxury of Simplicity’ at this year’s Identita London chefs congress.
Returning to the UK for a second year, Identita will see seven Italian, three British and seven international chefs showcase their dishes in an exciting lineup at Vinopolis on 7-8 June.
Co-founded by Marchi and Magenta Bureau in Milan in 2004, Identita offers chefs a chance to meet and exchange culinary ideas.
The line-up also includes big name chefs Sat Bains, Massimo Bottura, David Chang, and Alex Gauthier.
