Eleven chefs, to be revealed next week, will cook in a pop-up restaurant in one of the tourist attraction’s capsules during the two-week long festival.
Last year’s line up comprised Zuma's Ross Shonhan, Hakkasan's Tong Chee Hwee, Richard Corrigan, Gordon Ramsay, Francesco Mazzei and Vineet Bhatia, who created a meal for 10 diners.
The 2010 festival will run from 4 to 18 October and a number of restaurant-themed events are also planned to run throughout the fortnight, including the Gourmet Odyssey, a tour of three different restaurants where diners eat a course at each, and 10.10.10, which will see 10 chefs from outside the capital join with a London counterpart to cook Sunday lunch.
Supplier's Market in Covent Garden
A new event for this year will be the LRF's Supplier's Market in Covent Garden's Piazza where restaurants will be able to showcase their country’s produce, cooking techniques, flavours and individual flair through live demonstrations and sell dishes to take away.
