Now available from 3663 are the Chef’s Smart Choice 100% steak beef burgers, which are made using premium cuts of steak. Easy to cook from frozen on the BBQ, oven, griddle or grill, the burgers come in 168g packs of 24 individual patties.
Joining 3663’s frozen savoury portfolio are the Gressingham duck legs in a Cantonese-style sweet chilli plum sauce. Each portion contains two legs for convenience, and can be roasted in the oven once deforsted. Each 200g contains eight duck portions.
The Whites ginger sponge with lemoncello glaze is the latest pudding added to 3663’s range. A traditional, moist ginger sponge topped with a buttery lemoncello glaze, the pudding can be reheated in a microwave in 40 seconds once defrosted. Available in 104g packs of 18 individual servings.
3663 First for Foodservice has also added Hellmann’s new range of vinaigrettes to its portfolio. First mentioned on BigHospitality in March, the vinaigrettes are perfect for dressing summer salads, and are available in 1x1ltr packs of balsamic, basil, citrus, raspberry and sesame soy flavours.
