After its sell-out debut last year, the 2010 London Restaurant Festival will see a different chef cooking in one of the tourist attraction's capsules over eleven nights as part of October's fortnight long festival.
In additon to Ramsay, Hartnett and Corrigan, Giorgio Locatelli, Atul Kochhar and Mark Hix have all been confirmed to appear. Teams from the Ivy, Hakassan and L'Anima will all be taking part as well.
The 2010 festival will run from 4 to 18 October and a number of restaurant-themed events are also planned to run throughout the fortnight, including the Gourmet Odyssey, a tour of three different restaurants where diners eat a course at each, and 10.10.10, which will see 10 chefs from outside the capital join with a London counterpart to cook Sunday lunch.
Supplier's Market in Covent Garden
A new event for this year will be the LRF's Supplier's Market in Covent Garden's Piazza where restaurants will be able to showcase their country’s produce, cooking techniques, flavours and individual flair through live demonstrations and sell dishes to take away.
Restaurateurs and chefs can register their interest in participating by visiting London Restaurant Festival.
