BigHospitality was at the Bocuse d'Or European finals to support British entrant Simon Hulstone, and to find out what makes the competition the biggest in the world

After cooking to raucous cheers and applause from British supporters, Simon Hulstone of The Elephant in Torquay has made it through to the World final of the Bocuse d'Or after finishing in fourth place at the European final in Geneva.

BigHospitality was at the event, seen widely as the biggest culinary competition in the world, to support the Michelin-starred chef and his commis Jordan Bailey, and to find out what sets it apart from other chef competitions in the UK.
