Miso, the London-based noodle restaurant chain, has placed three of its sites on the market as it looks to consolidate

It said the move formed part of a strategy to consolidate its portfolio and expand into other regions outside the capital.

The sites that have been put up for sale include a 2,400 sq ft site on Haymarket, a 2,000 sq ft site in Stroud Green, north London, and a 2,500 sq ft site in Richmond, Surrey.

Established in 2000, Miso operates ten sites across London and the South East, including Hoxton, Islington, Bromley, and Beckenham in Kent.

Davis Coffer Lyons, the property agency, has been appointed to handle the disposals.

The sites will be marketed individually and rental offers are invited.
