Camra’s Great British Beer Festival 2010 is currently underway at Earls Court in London, showcasing real ales, ciders and perries from around the country, as well as a selection of international beers.
Promoting good-quality real ale and pubs, the festival is a resource for landlords and buyers to source new and speciality beers for their pubs and bars, while meeting the suppliers and finding out more about the age-old drink.
In this video, David Holmes, head brewer from Shepherd Neame, gives a demonstration of the brewing process of real ale, which he claims has close links with agriculture.
The Great British Beer Festival runs from 3-7 August. For details on attending, visit gbbf.camra.org.uk.
