The Academy of Food and Wine Service’s Annual Awards for Excellence are now open for nominations from industry employers.
Celebrating the people and business that raise the standards of front-of-house service, the awards are divided across several categories, including Best Company, Best College and top accolade, the Dalmore Award for Excellence, which went last year to Peter Avis, restaurant manager at Babylon at The Roof Gardens in Kensington.
Newly added this year is the Virgin Rising Star Award, which recognises up and coming industry talent who show outstanding talent, aptitude and initiative.

New Zealand Wine Award
The Savoy Educational Trust Philip Thornton Award
The Savoy Educational Trust and Louis Jadot Sommelier Scholarship
