Two leading seafood restaurants are to join forces to offer visitors to the Edinburgh festival ‘a dash of London glamour’.

Covent Garden restaurant J Sheekey will team up with Edinburgh-based Ondine to open a pop-up restaurant at the Edinburgh festival this weekend.

J Sheekey head chef Richard Kirkwood is set to bring his entire team, including Maitre d’ John Andrews, to Edinburgh’s new temporary restaurant.

The menu will include dishes such as Oysters with Wild Boar Sausage, Griddled Langoustines with Chilli and Sautéed Monkfish Cheeks with Girolles.
