Day two of The Restaurant Show 2010
Yesterday's show saw the culmination of the World Chocolate Masters UK final, the Compass Senior and Junior Chef of the Year competitions, debates and discussions on best practice and produce, plus much more.
Those in attendance would have seen Hamish Brown from Roka demonstrate the art of sushi making, Massimo Bottura of Osteria Francescana in Italy discuss his passion for ingredients and mise en place, and Hotel Terravina somelier Laura Rhys discuss the merits of Cognac.
