Claude Bosi: Awards and praise are boosting my business

Claude Bosi, chef proprietor of Hibiscus in London has recently been described as delivering “original, complex and highly-imaginative cooking” by Restaurant magazine, who claim he could be the best chef in the UK.

Earlier this year his two Michelin-starred restaurant also entered the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list​ at number 49.

Speaking with BigHospitality at The Restaurant Show, Bosi spoke of how he felt to be given such praise, what effect it has had on his business, and how Britain’s restaurant scene is faring against the rest of the world.
