The Bocuse d'Or World Finals are just three months away, and Britain's entrant Simon Hulstone is still desperate for his industry's support

The chef proprietor of The Elephant in Torquay is practising hard for the competition, dubbed the Oscars of the culinary world, but with a business to run and family to raise, he needs help from his peers.

Hulstone and the British Bocuse d'Or team recently launched a petition asking the industry to make donations toward the UK's entry.

He has now, with the help of BigHospitality, released this video asking chefs, restaurateurs, hoteliers, publicans, and all others in the hospitality industry to pledge their help. Heston Blumenthal, Marco Pierre White and Alain Roux MBE have all pledged their support so far.

To join them and sign the petition, go to bocusedor.thestaffcanteen.com.
