Mori, the fast casual Japanese restaurant operator, is to open a third site while its owners have revealed ambitions to operate up to 10.
The group, which launched in St John’s Wood, London, just over ago, has secured a site on the King’s Road that will open in early 2011.
The new addition will include an expansive chilled cabinet housing a feature display of Mori’s frozen yoghurt together with 20 seats for eat-in.
Menu items include freedom food sushi boxes, salads and hot noodle boxes, with recipes sourced from the street markets of Asia and the Far East.
The site will also offer a delivery service to addresses across South West London.
Amirkhan Mori, owner, and Dan Levine, Managing Partner at MORI, are spearheading the plan to expand the group to up to 10 units in the UK and abroad over the next two years.
At the moment the duo are concentrating on expanding in the City and West End.
