Christmas Hampers at Caprice and helicopter menus at Hotel Verta

Christmas Hampers​

Caprice Holdings has launched four new Christmas hampers for the holidays, each representing a different restaurant from within the group: the Club at The Ivy Hamper, the Annabel’s Hamper, the Mount Street Deli Hamper, and the Wentworth Club Hamper. Annabel’s Hamper, as an example, features foie gras de canard, pannetone, chocolate truffles and Sicilian pistachio biscuits plus a copy of the Annabel’s book. All the hampers are available exclusively through the Mount Street Deli.

Helicopter Menu​

Europe’s only hotel-heliport, Hotel Verta, is offering guests a choice of helicopter experiences with prices starting at £600. Packages range from a canapé and Champagne reception followed by a twenty minute flight along the River Thames, to dinner and an overnight stay followed by a return trip to Von Essen’s Cliveden House in Berkshire for lunch.

Winter Space​

Design Hotels has started its Winter Spaces promotion, whereby guests staying at any one of its 60 member hotels can enjoy a free upgrade, a complimentary room night, ot save 10 per cent off the best available room rate. The offer is only available for those staying between 22 November to 3 April, and includes its six London hotels plus The Scarlet in Cornwall.

January Detox​

Richard Corrigan’s Bentley’s Oyster Bar and Grill will be helping diners rest and recharge after the Christmas festivities by launching a January detox offer. For the month of January only, six oysters, known for their health-giving properties and low calorie content, plus a glass of Muscadet will be available for just £9.95, while the Bentley’s Virgin Bloody Mary, “the ultimate health booster” will be just £3.50.
