Yvonne Gilmartin joins the group as part of the operations team, from her previous position as training and development manager at Gordon Ramsay Holdings.
Prior to GRH Gilmartin also worked as operations manager at Tom Aiken’s three restaurants, and consultant at Quintissentially Soho and Rhubarb Catering.
Operations director Hannah Bass said: “We are delighted to welcome Yvonne to the Operations Team. Her role is essential so that ETM can continue to grow from strength to strength through consistent, high quality investment in the training and development of our staff.”
Meanwhile, restaurant group Giraffe has appointed a new group operations manager to oversee its 38 UK restaurants.
Deborah Hinkson joins the chain from Alan Yau’s Chinese noodle bar chain Cha Cha Moon, where she held the position of operations manager. She has also spent time at The Restaurant Group woring as area manager and also operations manager.
Giraffe owner and founder Russel Joffe said: “I am delighted Deborah is joining the Giraffe family, with her experience and knowledge, I know she will be a huge success.”
Giraffe plans to open a further 10 restaurants by the end of next year.
