Advised by CBRE, the group has signed a 10-year extension to the lease of a property that was formerly operated as a Play To Win amusement arcade, meaning the deal will now run to 2031.
The 3,500sq ft site, which is split across a ground floor and basement, has a passing rent of about £200,000 per year. It is not known if the healthy fast-food operator paid a premium to secure the location.
Leon plans to unveil the site before Christmas.
