Quo Vadis operators Sam and Eddie Hart are to launch a bar on the ground floor of their iconic Soho restaurant in February 2011.

QV Bar will provide seating for 20 covers and has been designed by the operators’ mother Stefa Hart.

The bar will offer a cocktail menu developed by mixologist Paul Mant, who will also oversee the bar, plus a food menu featuring dishes such as Salt Cod Fritters with Tartar Sauce, Montgomery Cheddar and Smoked Trealy Ham Toasted Sandwich, and the QV Burger with Triple Cooked Chips.

A small number of less informal dishes from the Quo Vadis restaurant menu will also be available.
