The world final of the Bocuse d’Or is to be screened live at The Hospitality Show, held at Birmingham’s NEC on 24-26 January.

Action and live interviews of the Bocuse d’Or will be screened at the Hospitality show’s La Parade des Chefs on 26 January, to give supporters unable to make the final in Lyon a chance to view the competition themselves.

Toby Wand, group event director at Fresh RM, organiser of the show, said: “We know that people in the culinary world will really appreciate this late addition to the show. There is a huge amount of interest in the Bocuse d’Or because it is such a prestigious event, particularly this year with Simon Hulstone competing. We wanted to ensure that visitors had the chance to view it live and show their support.”

BigHospitality will also be on-hand providing the latest news, interviews and results live from the Sihra Exhibition in Eurexpo on 25-26 January.

Possible online screening?

Posted by Dan,

Would it be possible to have a live screening of the Bocuse d'Or final online for anyone who is unable to make it to the Hospitality Show? It would be great to see team UK live in action.
