New ice-cream mould could help boost summer sales

Equipment specialist Mitchell and Cooper has launched a new ice-cream mould to help caterers make the most of their summertime trade.

The Steccoflex is made using 100 per cent food grade silicone, and comes as a quick and easy way to create ice-cream lollies.

Each mould can handle up to 12 lollies at a time, and comes with 50 ice-cream sticks to get caterers started on creating ‘home-made’ lollies as desserts or take-away snacks.
