All front of house employees aged under 30 that work in the hospitality industry can enter the competition, by submitting a two-minute video of themselves explaining why they should be considered to win.
A shortlist of 30 will then be asked to submit a report on service as an experience, before eight finalists are chosen to present themselves to a judging panel.
The winner will receive a career development grant worth £3,500 plus a week on the Lausanne Executive Education Programme, donated by L’Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, Switzerland.
