Suda: a modern take on traditional Thai dishes
Thai concept Suda has completed the dining line-up at the St Martin’s Courtyard development in London’s Covent Garden.

Suda, by the creators of the Patara restaurant brand, which has four locations in central London, will open at the Shaftesbury owned retail development in the spring.

Property agent David Coffer Lyons (DCL) secured the tenant. The firm’s Kate Taylor said: “Suda is a really exciting brand in that it provides a modern take on some very traditional Thai specialities.

Open air courtyard

“It is the ideal concept to complete the exciting range of restaurants at St Martin’s Courtyard; an important new eating and drinking hub for Covent Garden centred around an open air courtyard with al fresco dining.”

St Martin’s Place is a two-acre development for which DCL has secured five restaurants comprising Jamie’s Italian, Bill’s, Dishoom and Cantina Laredo. It also houses 28 retail stores, 73,000 sq ft of office space and 33 apartments.
