Rocket eyes two further London sites
Rocket Restaurants, the privately owned pizza and salad restaurant operator, is reportedly looking for a further two sites in London.

The company, which was founded by husband and wife duo Anna and Duncan Watts, with partner Amit Joshi in 1999, currently operates three restaurants in the capital — in Mayfair; Old Broad Street in the City; and at Churchill Place in Canary Wharf.

Duncan Watts, who was one of the founders of the Pitcher & Piano chain of pubs that was sold to Marston’s in 1996, told Property Week magazine, that the company was looking for “quirky and weird buildings, or bold and swanky new developments”, in locations such as the City; north of Oxford Street; Shoreditch; Fitzrovia; and near King’s Cross railway station.
