Products in the company’s range include moulds for cakes and mousses, transfers for both sponge and chocolate, and chocolate shells for truffles.
PCB Creation’s appointed UK wholesaler, Classic Fine Foods, this week introduced the collection to chefs here. A company spokesperson said the products were being used by chefs at L'atelier du Joel Reblochon, The Berkeley Hotel, Sketch, The Dorchester, Le Manoir and The Greenhouse. Chocolatiers and cake makers using the decorations include Marc Demarquette, Rococo, Paul A Young, and Eric Lanlard.
“Previously, chefs had to buy direct from France, with large minimum orders and costs of shipping,” the firm told BigHospitality. “Now, the full range will be available to purchase in the UK for the first time, through Classic Fine Foods.”
