Designed by Mette, the kitchen is the latest addition to the Chop & Change range, which also includes a Field to Fork model (a butchers station that transforms into a kitchen area).
The kitchen consists of a fitted shelf unit that comes with changeable accessories. These can be stored within the unit when not in use.
The mobile kitchen set up features a 2-ring induction hob, a heated water system, two separate wash areas, a prep surface and drainage area, a flip-up serving shelf plus condiment and storage racks.
The mobile bar set up features an insulated ice well and ice dump, a garnish preparation area, storage shelf, bar rail and sink.
