Coco di Mama is the creation of co-owners Daniel Land and Jeremy Saunders, and focuses on fresh, fast and authentic Italian cuisine.
Customers can choose from up to four pasta types, including a gluten-free option, and nine regularly changing homemade sauces such as pesto, Bolognese and Portobello mushroom for under £5 per portion.
Coco di Mama’s pasta dishes will be made-to-order in less than 60 seconds, while a range of fresh salads, breads, pastries and breakfast items will be available to grab and go.
Land and Saunders have sourced their key ingredients from small and artisan producers in Italy and the UK and are working with nutritionists on calorie counting and portion controlling their dishes.
The duo is also working with independent roaster Climpson & Sons on a unique coffee blend for the site.
The 20-cover site has been designed by Afroditi Krassa, responsible for the Itsu and Dishoom designs.
