Partner Tech UK has teamed up with iBuzcon, a customer experience consultancy, to launch a customer feedback questionnaire based on its EM-200 tablet computer.

The iBuzbox can be mounted at strategic points to encourage customers to leave feedback, such as in hotel reception areas or restaurant entrances, or handed to diners as they finish their meals.

Taking just 10-15 seconds, the questionnaires can provide businesses with timely, accurate and well-rounded feedback, which is transmitted via 3G network to an online reporting system.

Glenn Jones, managing director of iBuzcon, said: “In many cases, consumers have become apathetic about recording their views and unconvinced that their voice will have an impact. The iBuzbox offers them a new interactive medium to channel their views quickly, and provides managers with information they can use immediately.

“If managers can see what drives the loyalty of their customers, then they can take positive steps to improve their service, menus or facilities in ways they know customers will appreciate. They can invest time and resources in improvements that are most likely to reap rewards.”
