Follow tonight’s World’s 50 Best Restaurants live with BigHospitality
As of 6pm tonight, some of the world’s greatest chefs, restaurateurs and food critics will be arriving at London’s Guildhall to see what the prestigious restaurant awards have in store this year.
BigHospitality will be posting updates throughout the evening on our Facebook and Twitter pages, including interviews with some of the key faces from the S. Pellegrino World’s 50 Best Restaurants awards.
Live video interviews
Last year’s winner Rene Redzepi, whose restaurant Noma in Copenhagen holds the title of S. Pellegrino World’s Best Restaurant 2010, will join us for a video interview, which will be screened on our Facebook page later tonight.
We’ll also be interviewing Heston Blumenthal, whose restaurant The Fat Duck in Bray, UK, held the prestigious number one position in 2005.
We’ll be cornering Anne-Sophie Pic, chef proprietor of Maison Pic in Valence, France, who has this year been named the World’s Best Female Chef.
You can also expect a video interview with this year’s winner soon after the results have been announced.
