Fish House Hotel & Restaurant up for sale
The Fish House Hotel & Restaurant in Chilgrove, near Chichester has been put up for sale after falling into administration.

Property agents Christie + Co, who have been appointed to handle the sale on behalf of the administrators, FRP Advisory, said they are looking for offers on the £3m freehold and will kick off their marketing campaign next month.

The group said it is looking to sell the site as a going concern, which will include the 100-cover restaurant, a fish bar, an ‘al fresco’ dining area, and 15 bedrooms.

The Grade II listed historic building is situated in Chilgrove, West Sussex, and is close to other attractions such as Goodwood and Chichester.

Ed Bellfield, director of Christie + Co, said the group is securing an early competition date so new buyers can take advantage of the summer season.

Such a shame

Posted by Greg P,

Fabulous place, and it says a lot for the staff that in this difficult time, service levels are still high and the food is fantastic.
