Organised by the management consultancy Allegra Strategies, the event will address key trends in brand development, food innovation, the future of customer engagement, consumer taste trends and predictions, operational excellence, the ‘restaurant experience’ and developments in design.
Blumenthal will be the keynote speaker, and will share his thoughts on “pioneering excellence and innovation” in the restaurant sector.
Other speakers lined up for the event, due to be held on 16 June at the Millbank Tower, London, include: Jacob Sumner, lead restaurateur and UK MD, Chipotle; Jillian Maclean, MD, Drake & Morgan; Dominic Lake, founding director, Canteen; and James Glover, VP of Food & Beverage, Hilton Worldwide.
An open floor debate will also bring in Des McDonald, CEO of Caprice Holdings and Simon Kossoff, Managing Director of Carluccio’s, to discuss challenges faced by the industry moving forward.
