Busaba Eathai to open eighth restaurant

The 108-cover restaurant will open in Floral Street in London's Covent Garden on 4 July, serving Busaba Eathai's signature menu of 'diverse but simple' Thai salads, noodles and stir-fries.
It is the second Busaba Eathai branch to open this year. The group, backed by Phoenix Capital Partners and run by Jale Erentok, opened its first site outside London at Bicester Village in February.
Busaba Eathai opened its first restaurant in Wardour Street in 1999 before going on to open sites in Store Street, Bird Street, Panton Street, Old Street and London Westfield. Its current plans are to open three to five sites every year.
