BigHospitality and LateRooms start search for Best Service hotel
As part of our partnership with LateRooms on the Best Service category of its Best Kept Secret Awards 2011, we're looking for a hotel which is not only considered a hidden gem, but whose staff give the warmest welcome and deliver truly top notch service to guests.
Here at BigHospitality we know that having excellent service skills among staff can make a noticeable difference in your business and to the satisfaction of your customers, so if you're proud of your hotel's high service standards, now's the time to shout about it.
Nominations for the awards open today at www.bestkeptsecretawards.com and voting is open until 21 August 2011. You can nominate your own hotel and may enter as many categories as you wish.
Finalists will be announced on 30 August and a panel of judges, including BigHospitality editor Emma Eversham will make the final decisions by 26 September when the winning hotels will be announced.
