UK-NZ Culinary Challenge: call for entries

Open to chefs aged between 18 and 23 who are in training or employment, the competition aims to find a talented chef who can design and cook a three-course gourmet menu.
Paper entries will be judged before eight finalists are chosen for the cook-off, which will take place at Westminster Kingsway College on 24 October.
One winner will get the chance to visit New Zealand with Air New Zealand for three weeks, where they will work in the country's best restaurants and visit food producers and wineries. Eight finalists will receive a case of Trinity Hill Wines.
