International hotel chain Days Inn is set to refurbish its entire Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) estate after a specialist hotel contractor recently completed a multi-million pound fit-out of Days Inn Liverpool.
Austrian-born Stefan Neumann from The Fat Duck restaurant in Bray has won the 2011 Sud de France sommelier competition, held at the Maison de la Region Languedoc-Roussillon in Cavendish Square, London.
Diners are eating out more often each week and having better experience, despite the price of an average meal in London rising by 6.3 per cent in the past year.
