The 1950s-style American diner is the eighth in the group and the first to open in the midlands. It is the fifth shopping centre location for the chain, which also has sites at Bluewater and London’s Trocadero.
Andrew Guy, Director of Operations of Ed’s Easy Diner said: “With its unique ambiance, its fun service ethic and our menu of authentic American diner classics, we’re sure that Ed’s will provide Selfridges’ customers with the perfect break in their shopping day.”
The 75-cover restaurant is 1,500sq.ft in size and will be open every day of the week. Its menu will feature a range of classic US dishes, including hamburgers, hotdogs, milkshakes and fries.
