The event saw Angela Hartnett (Murano restaurant), Anna Hansen (The Modern Pantry), Claire Clark and Clare Smyth (Restaurant Gordon Ramsay) cook for 200 guests at London’s 1 Lombard Street.
Angela Hartnett said: “It was an absolute pleasure to be involved with the Fine Wine Auction once again. I really enjoyed sharing the kitchen with such a brilliant group of chefs and the atmosphere has been fantastic, with us all working together to prepare the special menu."
The unique four-course dinner was complemented with some of the world’s best wine, champagne, port and cognac. Guests also took part in an auction to bid for prizes including a fishing trip with Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, dinner for two at Noma in Copenhagen and Michelin-starred chef experiences.
