CBRE Hotels has announced a deadline for offers of Monday 17 October for the InterContinental Westminster and the Hilton Southwark development sites.

The InterContinental London Westminster has an estimated value on opening of £155m, requiring approximately £37m to complete construction works.

Paul Bartrop, director of CBRE Hotels, said: “We anticipate that the InterContinental hotel will establish itself quickly as one of the city’s premier hotels and will perform strongly due to its outstanding location and high quality.”

The Hilton London Southwark freehold site has an estimated value of £110m and a cost to complete of £47m.

“London’s Bankside is currently undergoing significant regeneration,” Bartrop added. “The proposed flagship Hilton hotel stands to benefit from this significant increase in future demand and will create a strong revenue stream for investors.”

Offers for both properties must be submitted in writing to Paul Bartrop at CBRE Hotels by midday on Monday 17th October 2011.
