London hotels invited to take part in annual salary survey

Global executive search company HVS Executive Search has this week issued an invitation to London hotel management to take part in its annual London Hotel Salary Survey.

The survey, now in its eighth year, benchmarks the annual base salaries, bonuses and benefits such as pension, transport and health insurance of over 30 executive committee and department head positions.

“This year we want the survey to be the biggest we have undertaken,” said HVS Executive Search managing director Chris Mumford.

“The data obtained will give us a valuable insight into salary trends in London’s hotels which will be useful to hotel owners and operators in the UK as well as those in capital cities across the globe.”

The results are presented by hotel category, room count and hotel turnover. Participation is completely confidential and free of charge. Participants can complete the survey via the company’s website, www.hvs-executivesearch.com. The deadline is 20 October 2011.
