Terroirs duo reveal details of third restaurant Soif

Soif, which means Thirsty in French, has taken the place of the former Giraffe site on Battersea Rise. The 70-cover restaurant will open next Wednesday.
The restaurant will continue the ethos of its sister sites, using well-sourced, seasonal ingredients along with an extensive range of natural and bio-dynamic wines.
Joining the team to launch Soif is head chef Colin Westal who was most recently head chef at Le Café Anglais and has also worked at Kensington Place, The Avenue and Ransome’s Rock.
The daily-changing menu will be driven by the market and the seasons, with dishes including Heirloom Beetroots, Baked Ricotta and Valentini Olive Oil; Scallops with Lardo di Colonnata; Jugged Hare; and Bitter Chocolate Ganache with Hazelnut Cream.
Prices will be £6-£10 for starters, £12-£20 for main courses, and desserts will be £5.50. The wine list will feature approximately 150 bins from £16, with up to 18 available by the glass from £4.50.
Wilson and Barker launched Terroirs in 2008 followed by Brawn in 2010.
