Restaurateurs offered branding help with free workshops

Food and drink branding agency Mystery is to run a series of workshops for aspiring restaurateurs to help them build a strong brand.

The agency, which has helped companies such as Giraffe, Ponti’s Italian Kitchen and Gino Gelato will hold its first workshop on 14 December at Giraffe in Frith Street, Soho from 10am to 12pm.

Directed by Mystery founder Dan Einzig, the workshop will look at how to create a compelling concept and expand it as well as how to refresh a concept in an ever-changing market.

“Most restaurateurs excel at producing great food and also focus on great service, but getting the branding right can be more confusing. These workshops will deliver a master class in branding so individuals can feel confident about creating an exciting concept for their business whatever stage it’s at,” said Einzig.
