To complement the food offer, there is an extensive drinks menu featuring world wines and beers, soft drinks, coffee and spirits.
Contract caterer-hotel partnerships
The deal is the latest in an growing trend of contract catering companies partnering with hotels. Just last month, Sodexo Prestige moved into the hotel sector for the first time to run the restaurant, bar and room service at the Montcalm on London's Park Lane.
And in July, pop-up restaurant and events management specialist Pure went into partnership with the Royal York hotel in Brighton to manage all its food and beverage operations.
