Clive-Dixon, chef-patron, The White Oak
Chef Clive Dixon has formed a partnership withHenry & Katherine Cripps and will be joining country pub The White Oak as chef-patron in January 2012.
Dixon has previously earned his own Michelin star at The Lords of The Manor, in the Cotswolds, as well as working with some of the UK's leading chefs, including David Everitt-Matthias, Pierre Koffman & Heston Blumenthal.
His cooking style is influenced solely by the quality of produce he sources. He believes the key ingredients take centre stage and loves to work with seasonal ingredients on offer at local markets.
