Hannah Bass quits ETM Group for Hakkasan

In her new role, Bass, who helped grow ETM to nine sites in five years, will oversee Hakkasan Hanway Place, Hakkasan Mayfair, Dim Sum Tea House, Yauatcha and Sake No Hana and the Bar at Ni Ju San St. James.
She will report to the group's chief operating officer Didier Souillat along with Henk Bruggeman (director of operations UAE and Shanghai) and Richard Miyashiro (project operations director for Hakkasan West Coast) as the company aims to operate under four regional hubs.
“I am thrilled to be joining at such an exciting point in the Hakkasan success story”, said Bass.
