Christopher Jefferson, executive head chef, Hilton London Haathrow Airport
Hilton London Heathrow Airport has appointed Christopher Jefferson as its new executive chef.
Classically trained in French and modern British Cuisine, Jefferson trained firstly in Durham then left the north east in 2001 to join the team at the renowned Dorchester hotel where he worked for 3 years under Henry Brosi, mastering his craft.
“I’m really looking forward to my new role at Hilton London Heathrow Airport and injecting some of my creativity into Aromi restaurant," said Jefferson. "It’s a great opportunity to build on an already successful hotel and continue on my culinary journey. I am excited to meet new guests and ensure that they have the ultimate gastronomic experience when they visit Aromi.”
