Robbie Penin, head chef, Il Ristorante at The Bulgari Hotel
Bulgari Hotel & Residences London has appointed Robbie Pepin as head chef of Il Ristorante. Penin joins the team as they prepare for opening in April 2012.
Located in London’s most prestigious district, Knightsbridge, Il Ristorante will serve contemporary interpretations of Italian cuisine in an elegant yet casual setting.
Pepin joins Bulgari Hotel & Residences London with a wealth of high quality experience including his most recent role as opening chef at Alain Ducasse’s Italian restaurant, La Trattoria, Monaco.
